Is my protein shake balance all wrong?

Hi, Like many, I have a protein shake as my breakfast of choice but Im wondering if I have the right balance....specifically, do I have too much sugar, even if it is natural?

Contents: 1 x scoop protein powder, 200mls tap water, 1x banana, 1 scoop of power greens powder, a handful of blueberries, 4 strawberries, chia seeds.

Any advice is appreciated

    What does MFP say as far as grams of carbs fats proteins for your breakfast? No way of knowing how lean your protein powder is.

    You really don't need to worry about the sugar unless you have any medical issues that mean you have to worry.

    How does it make you feel? Personally, it wouldn't satiate or satisfy me for very long so I'd make different choices.... But if it fills you up, gives you even energy levels, and is what you like, keep having it.

    I'd perhaps add some avo or nut butter to bump up the fat a bit more...

    Thanks All, I'm not much of a brekky eater & can easily last through to lunch.....Im just trying to work out the best balance.....here is MFP breakdown:

    If you don't want breakfast, don't eat breakfast! I usually eat at 1/2ish, that's just my personal preference :)

    I PERSONALLY LOVE PROTEIN POWDERS. READING THE LABELS HAS BEEN HUGE. THE ONLY THING I SEE IS THE CARBS, MINE HAS SAY 2, AND THE SUGAR 19 IS HIGH, MINE I THINK HAS 3. THE PROTEIN IS A LARGE AMOUNT, THEY MAKE 20 OR EVEN DOWN TO 10. BY THE TIME YOU ADD FRUIT AND SUCH IT CAN REALLY ADD UP. JUST A SUGGESTION. THE COMPONENTS ARE GREAT. I MIX MINE WITH COCONUT WATER 8 OZ. DOES NOT AFFECT TASTE, JUST PROVIDES ELECTROLYTES AS I DRINK MINE POST WORKOUT! NOT YELLING, DID NOT NOTICE I WAS IN CAPS AND AM NOT RE TYPING IT ALL. THE ONES I USE ALSO HAVE ABOUT 100 CALORIES PER SERVING. THIS IS ALL JUST MY PREFERENCE.
