    Hi I'm in San Jacinto by Hemet Temecula area I have a question . Before you got your lap band did they have you go to eating classes and support groups before you had it done. My Neighbor had it done but her DR required her to go to classes to teach her what and how to eat. She lost 53 pds before she even had it done. I don't think a lot of people are really prepared for the change e. I think you need to work your way to the surgury so your prepared on the limited food and liquid consumption. She has to take vitamins for the rest of her life. But we are here for you
