I live in UK widowed with 3 children. I just turned 60. I tried to lose weight all of my life. I managed from 147kg now I am 119kg and not losing anymore very frustrated

    Don't put yourself down I'm sure you are not that. You can do this, you need to stick with it and log everything, have you got stuck due to not weighing food etc? Can you increase your walking ? Stay with it you know you can do it. Good luck
