SW: ??? (it must've been 210 but the scale said 215)

YAY!! I HIT MY GOAL FOR THIS WEEK. I'M ALMOST OUT OF THE 200s!
However....
I had anxiety attacks this week, which made me not want to eat. This past week, I ate maybe less than 800 calories a day. And, because of lack of nutrition, I didn't workout either.
So, I need to control my anxiety attacks so I can eat more.
Anywho!

Dear Artluv. If I were you you better set a long term goal. Something to reach in 3 months, 6 months or a year. Then set your calorie deficit. I would say 300-500cal/day and just go slow. You need to keep eating and excersizing otherwise you body will go in starvation mode which slows down your metabolism tremendously.

I do have a long term goal. It's just that my anxiety got the best of me this week, so that's why I ate so little.0
