I'm new here & still figuring out this app. I need some people to help me stay motivated! I'm a 40yr old mom/wife and since I've been out of work for 1 1/2 yrs now, I've put on a few pounds. Not much though. I'm looking to get back in shape, lose about 10lbs, and firm up. Also looking for tips on how to flatten my stomach after 2 csections.
I'm also attempting to get my 12yr old son off the couch & video games to workout with me. Any advice on what types of "fun" exercises we can do together?
