21 day challenge

I am doing a 21 day challenge with some friends of mine. I had found it on FB. The basic rules are:
No chips
No sodas
No diet sodas
No chocolate
No candy
No white breads
No cookies or biscuits
No fast foods
No cakes, pastries or muffins
So, as a rule I dont really consume to much of this stuff. The chips and chocolate will be hard. White bread will be tough because of the fam.
My question is I found a recipe for something called Oopsies. They are good for people looking for low carb/paleo/gluten problems. It consist of eggs,egg whites,cream cheese and baking powder (or cream of tartar). It does end up looking like a biscuit. Would you all consider it a biscuit and it would be a no-no for the challenge or is it ok because it is not made of the same things as a biscuit
