i know the answers! I know how to do it . I know my stuff. I generally get them in but it's a struggle that's all I have said. I generally don't have the time to be prepping meals and or packing them around all day. I appreciate your advice and I'd say it's generally good advice for some people. My circumstances make it harder for me. You might be able to rock it but I find it hard

I really feel like you are preaching to the choir on this. We all have busy lives that's a for sure fact. There are days that don't look so great, I miss my scheduled time at the gym or miss a meal to take care of my family and I'm 100% okay with that. At some point though you just have to buck up and stay as consistent as you can.

Plan it out. How ever it works for you. You have to get the cals no matter what, so if it's pizza or hamburgers... just get to the goal.

Exactly this. No one gets rich training anymore in the US, except for the 1% elite. We all have other responsibilities in life, and it's all a matter of priorities.

I work 10-16 hours per day, and still manage food prep and rarely miss a lifting session. What I do miss out on, is the social aspects that many enjoy. I am rather solitary and antisocial by nature though, so this isn't a problem for me. My priorities are professional>physical>personal relationships. That doesn't work for everyone though, and that's fine. You just make things fit as best you can, within your own set of priorities.
