Carbs or protein

Hey! If I'm wanting to lose a little weight (5 pounds) would I adjust and have a little more protein or carbs? Thank you!

    Either or. You just have to make sure you're in a calorie deficit.

    You wouldn't have a little more of anything. If you keep your current dietary balance and just eat less, you'll lose weight. I lost 65 pounds without changing my diet other than giving up breakfast cereal, and that was because I found it didn't keep me sated long enough.
