Beer or run? Help

I know that if really trying to loose weight run or beer don't really help.
But if I were going to drink on a weekend, which should be my best choice? Thanks

Or did you mean rum? In which case, rum generally has less calories but it's really just a choice of personal preference.

There's a reason most races here in Oregon come with free beer tickets afterwards. I'm sure some people do one without the other, but I just don't see how.
