Hi! I've been on this diet for 3 week now and I can already feel the changes. My back hurts less and less and as well as the pain in heels is recieding. I know I haven't been really big, but just a tad bit overweight, but I tell you, 4-5 kgs more or less makes a difference!
I've restricted my calorie intake to 1300 as MFP suggested, since I'm a lazy *kitten*, I'd rather not eat than to move (which i will concider in future) and eat primarely proteins and less carbs. I've thrown out of the diet bread, pasta pizza etc and eat potatoes and rice sparingly. I've focused myself on eating stuff that makes me not hungry fast like eggs, oatmeal with fruit, yogurt, all kinds if meat, and reduced my salt intake quite a bit. I do eat ramen noodles which I loove, but told myself I can eat it once per day and that's it. The other big thing I noticed is my budget I have more money now to spend it on something else other than foid and it makes me happy So the trick is upping the protein and greens intake, and ofc some turkish coffee in the morning
