Round 2.. Gonna need some support :)

Hello All-
I'm not a stranger to MFP. In 2011, I trained for and ran a half marathon. I was also riding horses every day and was in the best shape of my life.
Since then I've been back and forth to MFP and the fitness world.
Mostly because of an injury. November of last year, I tore a tendon in my foot. I was laid up for 5 months- absolutely no exercise that could irritate it. Needless to say, I feel out of shape. Reeeaallll faassttt.
End of April/Beginning of May I got the OK to start running again. In the beginning of May, I graduated college.
My boyfriend and I had to move in with my parents while we saved some bucks. And they have a very small, cramped house for 4 people.
We finally got our own place one week ago.
Now that we're almost completely settled, we both want to get back into shape.
I have been running a few times with little to no problems with the injury. But it's been hard for me because I used to be able to ride, do one of Jillian's 30DS days, and run all in one day without even batting an eye.
I can't even do Jillian's 30DS without stopping now.
I want to be in shape again. I want to have energy again and I have a pair of pants from just ONE YEAR ago that I want to get back into.
I've got about 15 lbs to lose.
Please, I need support. I need all that I can get. I need people to push me to workout when I don't want to. And I'll do the same for you.
I'm pretty good at controlling my diet, but I need help keeping up with the exercise. So please add me! Changes are happening and I want this to be one of them! :-D
Edit: I also went from riding horses/working in the barn 4-7 days a week to having a desk job and no access to horses or riding until I can get some money saved up. I've gone from one extreme to the other!!
