Hi
I am really struggling. I lose a couple of kilo's then on they go again.
Is been that way for a couple of years now. I just can't get motivated enough.
Mostly, I think because I just don't like food! I eat a lot of sweet stuff. Hate salads. I don't like vinegar or oil so dressings are limited. I'm a shameful 8 2 kilos ...should be around 65 and hate myself

    I know what you mean. I am in the same boat. When I record my food and do my exercise, I lose. Then I feel so good, but then I slip back into my old ways and back on it comes. Let's make ourselves accountable.
