Working back to a healthy me!

Hey guys, today is my first day and I'm already on the struggle bus. In the last 3 years I've gained around 70 pounds, most of it being in the last year and a half. I started working 14 hour shifts, often night shift where my food choices were Taco Bell or Wendy's

Wendy's salads are pretty good. A half salad is about perfect. Are you starting to log all your food?0

When I worked a long shift I carried my breakfast to work and had it when I got there. I also made sure I had at least a half protein bar on the way home. Ironically the easiest way for me to stay on the bandwagon is to make sure I never get too hungry, and have good choices available to me.0

Yeah I've been logging all my meals, and food prepping has become my best friend. Lost about 7 pounds so far!3
