So I was looking at my protein carbs and those numbers in my nutrition and it's different tomorrow then it is today. Is it automatically changing for estimated weightloss through the week?

Did you log exercise today? That will give you more calories and so proportionally more protein, etc.
If that's not it, please change your Diary Sharing settings to Public: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings2 -
Yes I logged excersise this morning and then this afternoon and that is when I noticed it. So it changes according to logged excersice? That makes sense.0

If i dont want to eat back my excercise calories do i just follow what it gives me before I log in my workouts? Not sure if it's necessary to eat back excercise calories. I'm not sure of that protocol.0

The way MFP is set up you're expected to eat the exercise calories back. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10503681/exercise-calories-do-i-eat-these-a-video-explanation1
