Back on the wagon. Again. Could use motivation

I have been struggling with staying on track. My fitness goals are for health reasons and I'm trying very hard to make long term habits. I turn 40 this year. My joints are starting to creak, my back aches, and my feet hurt all the time. I'm about 75lbs overweight, currently. I started the herbalife plan 3 weeks ago, and joined a gym this past week. I have an appointment to consult with a trainer and build a fitness plan in the morning.
Any advice is welcome.

    Hey there I just joined a gym by my house and met with a trainer today she gave me some great ideas and I will be starting them tomorrow please feel free to add me as a friend
