Rest week (pretty much)- back at it this week

I had been doing double workouts for a week and a half, and I just needed to chill for a minute. This week was insanely busy anyway, so I didn't get to work out as much. I did do a double on Friday afternoon-Pure Barre and YMCA. Even though my body needed the rest, I feel so much worse than before (I also ate some not great choices). So, anyway, back at it hopefully tomorrow so I can feel not so 'blah'. Anyone else struggle this week?
