Gilad Express Workouts

Do you own this DVD? I love that it has so many short but effective work outs. My only problem is--how do I enter these exercises into My Fitness Pal? Sometimes I think they are aerobic, sometimes just strength training... Anyone have any idea how I should enter it?!

    I normally enter them as either aerobic or circuit. If you have a heart monitor you manually put in your calorie burn with the time you worked out. then it doesn't matter what kind of exercise it is.
