Matcha, hibiscus, honeybush, oolong, green, white (very partial to blueberry or strawberry white teas), rooibos...I love tea almost as much as I love coffee.

Mint or ginger are my favorites. Black iced unsweet is good in the summer.

I drink black, oolong, green, yellow, and white. The only scented tea I drink is jasmine and Earl Grey. I am not a fan of tisanes but will occasionally have a cup of chamomile.

ETA: my go-to daily tea is a Darjeeling type black tea from Nepal.

I drink a couple of cups of hibiscus everyday (so yummy with a slice a ginger root or a squeeze of fresh lemon)!

Also I enjoy oolong, dandelion and various rooibos. All unsweetened.

I buy loose leaf in bulk and make my own blends as well like black & jasmine or I will add dried cranberry to my hibiscus.

Getting creative with teas helped me to stop drinking my calories from soda and juices.

    Lemon-ginger

    Apple-spice chamomile

    Honey chamomile

And if I want something with caffeine, I might go with Lady Grey.

I'm a tea addict! I drink around 3 cups per day, sometimes more. The most I like:
Lemon balm before sleep, it helps me fall asleep
    Mint
    Camomile
Green tea with flavours (currently salted caramel)
Different mixes like smooth digestion twinings or night time pukka
    Black tea, love Assam
Cistus, helps a lot with water retention (makes me pee like crazy, sorry for TMI lol)
Fruit mixes like strawberry raspberry twinings, it's so tasty with stevia and bit of lemon

I have come to love loose tea from Tiesta Tea- I found it in bulk bins ( Safeway) when I was visiting out of state, now I order it online. They have dozens of amazing flavors, my two favorites are Flapjack Oolong and Nutty Almond Cream. They categorize by function, ie, Relaxer, Energizer, Immunity, and oh, yeah- Slenderizer !!! Their trial sizes are not expensive and a good way to see else I want to taste.

    My current favorites are:

    Bigelow Vanilla Caramel (black tea)
    Bigelow Salted Caramel (black tea)
Bigelow French Vanilla Decaf (black tea)
    Celestial Seasonings Gingerbread Spice (herbal)
Celestial Seasonings Caramel Apple Dream (herbal)

A lot of these are seasonal teas that I bulk order from Amazon. Sometimes, I mix them together. The Vanilla Caramel brewed together with the Gingerbread is lovely. The Gingerbread brewed with the Caramel Apple is next level yummy.

Builders. Twinings green tea with mint is pleasant enough every now and again, though.

I love "builders" tea too- called English Breakfast tea outside U.K.
If I'm going herbal I love Pukka brand teas, their ginger tea is delicious.
