Does anyone do the piyo program? How do you enter it on this app? I searched it with no success

You might need to enter it as something line aerobics, calisthenics, or palates, whatever existing entry looks most accurate to you. Or you could check various exercises types that are involved to see how many calories they burn on average and then use that as a template to create a custom exercise entry.0

I added it under "cardio" and low-balled a calorie burn. Since Piyo is pretty low in intensity I don't worry about eating back calories unless I feel particularly hungry anyway.0

I wore a HRM to an hour long piyo class and it said I burned 300 calories in that hour, so I would say it's probably 200 an hour. I don't log it.0
