Eating Out

I have to eat out a lot for work. All next week I'm travelling for business and every single meal will be at a restaurant for 5-6 days. I am going to try my hardest to just order as plain as possible. No sauces. Chicken and salads with dressing on the side. I'm also going to bring protein bars and try and replace as many meals as possible with those.
I'll let ya know if I learn any tricks for eating out without destroying all my hard work0 -
I eat at my desk and then go for a walk outside. Saves a LOT of money, aside from the calories. Maybe commit to saving what you would have spent on lunch for a week or two, and then buy yourself something with that money.0

To eat out I would lose half my break travelling too and from the restaurant. I take mine in, couple of rice cakes, cottage cheese or ham, cherry tomatoes or pepper, fruit or a yogurt. Like others I use my lunch break to walk and get some vitamin D, today I managed over 8000 steps throughout the working day0
