I'm on week 2, day 1! Cardio still killed me the 2nd time around. I really love this workout so far!

I'm not following the nutrition plan. I've counted calories before, and I find I get a little too neurotic about it. It is better to just work on portion control. I also eat healthier when I am working out consistently, so I'm concentrating on making exercise a habit again first. I do have some Shakeology left over from when I first tried it a long time ago and have a shake now and then, but it is too expensive to drink all the time. It is hard to eat healthy when I travel for work, so I am currently looking for a superfood powder I could use to supplement my diet that is less expensive.
