Isn't water a chemical? Won't the second person be dead?

THIS. Although the OP did specify food, so technically, drink would not be part of that.

'NO chemicals' = no food and no water at all, means OP you win the challenge.

curious OP, what will you drink while eating 'NO chemcials'?

How will "healthier" be determined since this is online worldwide? Especially in 2 weeks? And yes everything is made of chemicals (even blueberries).

Is green food colouring a chemical? Cause St. Patrick's day is coming up and things have to be green.
