Ordered a food scale and meal-prep containers!
Out of curiosity, how accurate are the nutritional facts on frozen Weight Watchers (or other brands similar) meals? I'm going grocery shopping tonight and I'm going to need suggestions on a few things I can grab and eat when I'm feeling lazy or busy!

I'd think that anything made in a factory setting is likely reliable. I think it is where you have a high possibility of human error that you run a significant risk of unreliable calories.1

If you like frozen stuff I really enjoy Morningstar spicy black bean burgers.
The Smart Ones are okay but I would rather get the same amount of calories eating other food and eating more as well because there isn't much in their frozen meals and the sodium in those things will make me show a gain sometimes.
These are a few of my staple items0
