That's a great way to lose muscle mass. You shouldn't be aiming form more than .25 kg a week now.4 -

I lift heavy 5 days a week and eat minimum 200 grams of protein0 -

you are damaging your body, you are doing yourself no favors even at a 1000 calorie deficit.. you shouldn't even be eating THAT little.. your body is going to eat itself, you are at risk of not only losing lean muscle and damaging your BMR, but you could also be risking your lean organs, heart, liver, kidneys, these are all lean muscle in your body and if you aren't eating your body will use those for protein. organ damage is irreversible. You could also die.
you could also lose all your hair..
Didn't know that sounds really bad but I suppose I'm lucky I m at goal now and eating at a 250 calorie daily surplus to put on some muscle0 -

So you're working out to increase lean muscle mass loss?
Maintaining lean muscle mass is enough protein, strength training AND enough calories.0 -

I was just wondering why last month I only lost 4kg instead of the 6kg the deficit should have given me0 -
