App won't open

Hi Everybody.
I've checked the recent strands but didn't see this issue. If it's been addressed, please direct me to the strand. THank you. I'm having trouble opening the app on my iphone 6. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I'm having the same problem. It opens sometimes and seems to time out others. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I'd rather use my phone to log food than my computer.
