I am Diabetic, getting close to Fifty and a Woman.
Specialist has talked about stomach bypass surgery. Says to think about it.
Daughters wedding is in 109 days.

    You can lose the weight without the risk of surgery. Diabetes may be controlled by weight loss if it's Type II...but it is a long road and you have to be committed. No time like the present!

    Have you been using this site's Food page and logging your food every day?

    Not sure what being a woman has to do with a strike...nor being 50. I'm a woman and I lost my weight at 53 and I've kept it off for almost ten years just using the tools on this site.
