In my quest to boost exercise calories and escape gym boredom, I've invested in a weighted hula hoop.
Does anyone know how to record this under exercise is it cardio or strength I can't seem to find it ??
Thanks!

Under cardiovascular, search for Wii and there is an option for Wii Fit Super Hula Hoop.1

All of the exercise values are estimates; plus the estimates include the amount of your BMR (the amount of Calories you would burn during that time period without moving at all). Most people only eat back a percentage (50 to 75 percent) of the estimated earned Calories, then after four to six weeks, adjust the eat back percentage based on whether they are losing weight faster or slower than expected.1
