I'm jim I'm in the uk
My goals are to lose body fat but maintain my actual weight. I'm 6ft 2 and 105kg.
I'm 31%bodyfat from my scales need to check that but that's what I'm trying to achieve.
I'm doing about 4 sessions in the gym a week and doing 30 mins cardio losing about 200 calories per session and then doing strength exercises.
