Need motivation please help

Well my workouts have slipped. I don't know what to do Since in almost completing my insanity workouts then failing due to a injury with my shoulder then my ankle which took four weeks to recover. Then having to saw Good bye to my Grandma. I tried getting back into it i did 6 days of my program but then i stopped. I just don't have my get up and go any more. I don't know if i should give up for a bit and just do some running or should i restart again. I feel lost any help or ideas on how to get my back in the game will be gratefully received.

    I think you shouldn't rush into it! Take it easy. Maybe have a walk, then do a run and slowly work back into your workout regime! It is hard just to start with what you've been out of practice before. DO NOT GIVE UP!

    Can you change your workout routine, maybe cycling or something different like you say running, school holidays perfect time to take kids for bike rides
