I need help with some ideas with how to suppress my appetite. I keep wanting to eat and I keep craving sweet.

I can't start eating healthy because I can't follow through with it, by the afternoon I'm craving sweet or I can't stop eating.

Anybody have any tips or ideas or things that might help? It's seriously depressing me.

Increase protein or fat consumption, or both. Protein and fat increase satiety and will leave you full. Peanut butter is always good as a snack to keep you full

After out of control carb craving and weight gain, all hunger and cravings stopped within 24 hours of going very low carb paleo and adding some healthy supplements. 3 weeks later, I'm down 13 lbs. and haven't been hungry once! Feels like a miracle! You can check my food journal for ideas--I think the biggest thing that has made it work for me is Shirataki tofu fettuccine noodles, so I can eat things like chicken and milk gravy, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken curry on noodles.
