ok so does it help more when working out excersizing in the summer? or is it just the same

It's the same, you just sweat more and sweat doesn't mean more calories burned. Many people find it easier to get out of the house during the summer compared to winter, so if you find yourself more motivated to workout during summer take advantage of that.0

I run before sunrise to avoid heat and if I need exercise after sunrise I switch to bicycle to increase air flow. I can't change the seasons so I take what I am given.0

I walk a lot more when it's 20 degrees than when it's -20 so yeah lol0

i dont like the summer tbh it sets of my panic attaks, and working out in summer makes it worse lol but i just wounderd weather the heat made a differance to loosing weight, thanks for that anyways im more active in winter so its just going to slow me down now this summer to loose weight without excersize0
