Hey guys! Been here a week and looking for ideas to help me lose weight and general diet! Hardest part for me is working shifts and still keeping in with the diet. Any lunchbox ideas.... Or easy breakfasts I can take with me for when I'm on early shift xx

I normally either take a banana for brek or special k/porridge
    lunch: soups,
    salads,
    avo on toast,
    feta and beetroot,
    Crumpets with peanut butter
and take some satsumas to pick at in afternoon

Become a snacker, Granola bars (im on a larabar kick) chicken pepperettes...cheese...crackers...toast and pb...baggie of dry cereal to munch on..half a bagel with cream cheese..basic sandwiches and salads...grahm crackers and dark chocolate come with me everywhere lately, Iv been so good i like to be a bit bad :p yummy

No need to over complicate anything, Snacks work well with busy work schedules

I've embraced leftovers. My dinner on day one is also my lunch on day two. Rinse and repeat. :)

As for on-the-run breakfasts, you could whip up a batch of banana muffins or some oat/granola bars once a week. Then just grab one (and a bit of fruit) as you head out the door?
