Is it time to cut?

I started my bulk 3 months ago at 144 pounds.ziayu4ix9f45.jpg

This is where I am at now. I wanted to bulk for longer but I am getting impatient. I currently weigh 156 lbs.opdzwr2vaktb.jpg

This is my first time attempting cut/bulk cycles. Any tips or insight is appreciated.

Yep time to cut. You made some good gains by the looks of it. Don't forget to increase your protein as you drop calories.

Thanks man. Is there any sort of transition calorie wise or can I just go immediately into a deficit?

I just drop straight into a deficit, personally. However, when coming back out, I've gotteb by best results from tapering back up slowly.

Awesome. Thanks. I feel a mix of excitement and dread ha ha. I have missed cardio a lot though.

Personally I would do 1-2 weeks at maintenance before dropping into a deficit. Have a read of transition phase by Lyle McDonald.
