Healthy supplements recommended

I'm 29 years old, male at 209lbs looking to drop to 185lbs by June / July.
I goto the gym 5-7 days a week and take men's multivitamins and fish oil daily.
Any recommendations on healthy vitamains or suppliments that help with a mans body. Joint pain / back pain / recovery from work outs / maybe a natural weight suppressant such as apple cider binager ( I heard it helps but need advice) focus more / any ideas from any men taking healthy vitamins and supplements. Woman if you know of any to please share. It'd be nice to know what's out there and good to add daily or weekly for my health, weight and life. Thank you all

Multivitamin, EFA's (fish oil or flax seed) and caffeine for appetite suppression.0 -
I'm a woman, but I have taken glucosamine with chondroitin for joints, and amino mag for muscle soreness.1

I only use whey but that is because I like to bake with it. A multivitamin is pretty good and maybe vitamin D.
Glusasomine is supposed to be good for joints. I would look at www.labdoor.com for efficacy/quality for supplements and www.examine.com for the science behind them.0
