Hi! I joined several years ago, was here for awhile, did well for awhile, and fell off again. Went from 240 to 173 and back up to about 212 in about five years. About the end of last November I decided enough was enough. Lost 35lbs since and I'm back down to about 176. Recording (almost) every calorie. Got my Fitbit, my Aria, and MFP...and probably twelve other apps.

So, I'm back, plan to stick around this time. Feel free to add me.
