Anyone out there with PCOS?

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16 after my periods became incredibly irregular and my weight began ballooning up, and I have seriously struggled with getting it back down again ever since!
I'm now 21 - I'm 5'3, and at my heaviest I was 16.4 stone around Christmas 2012 which I managed to get down to 15.7 over thr space of 6 months, by walking alone. I was given Xenical by my GP in June, which knocked me down a further 11lbs in the space of two weeks, though unfortunately the medicine decided to stop working for me after that, and I put about 5 lbs back on straight away.
Since then, I've been doing an hour of Yoga every morning, and about 50 minutes of strength exercises to help tone my body. I walk everywhere now, and do go out for 2-3 hour walks at least 3 days a week, but my weight's just not going any lower! I was diagnosed as being Insulin Resistant 2 weeks ago, and advised to eliminate starch and sugar from my diet to help try and get my weight down, so I've been eating quite healthy low fat and low-no carb meals. As recomended by my doctor, I eat around 1,230 calories a day, and on average I burn off around 600-900 calories a day through exercise, but the weight just won't budge!
I just don't understand it, what am I doing wrong? To those who have PCOS, and have successful lost weight, how much weight have you managed to lose, and what's the best way to do so? I need to get down to around 124lbs, and I'm currently at 207lbs. Any advice, support and motivation would be greatly appreciated! xx
