Weighing in/tracking progress.

Hey guys,
I just want some insight in to what frequency you weigh in and what do you thinks best when it comes to tracking progress.

    I weigh in daily and track it on an app called Libra. I enter my weight into MFP on Monday mornings. Make sure you keep your weight updated in MFP so that it can recalculate your caloric intake. Come to think of it, I think you need to do that on your own. Most people will go in and update it every 10 pounds or so.

    I'll weigh myself several times a week, but the only time that 'counts' is Sunday morning, when I get up, after using the bathroom. Everything else is just to give myself an idea of how things are shaping up.

    I do my measurements once a month.

    Exactly the same for me. I figure that way, any Saturday night partying gets closely accounted for.
