Anyone ever won a prize with a challenge?

Hey guys in regards to the challenges that my fitness pal puts out do we have to use our email? I opted out of sharing my email with Kholes for the current challenge but now I am curious what if I actually win something? I know it's not very likely but has anyone ever won something with a challenge? Do they contact you through the app or through email? If I didn't share my email and I actually happen to win would i forfeit the prize because I didn't share my email?
