Food only? No. But with proper diet and exercise you can :) Time to start picking up heavy things then putting them down again :)

    Unfortunately, no.

And while you're losing weight/fat overall, you don't get to direct where it comes off from first. For a lot of people the tummy/love handles are the last to go. :(

Nope. Just eat at a deficit and get some movement in.

If you somehow manage to swallow a pyromaniac whole, I'm sure he'll manage to burn some of your belly fat in his attempt to escape.

Well there is this one weird trick that a 38 year old mom in Oklahoma discovered, but doctor's hate her. I'm sure you can click more to find out.

    None.

Just lose weight. Eventually it will come off where you want it to. It just might not be the first place.

If you're worried about the belly, you can try to reduce bloating by reducing salty/sodium laden foods, drinking lots of water, reducing some starchy carbs, alcohol and carbonated drinks, and generally eating reasonable amounts of food. That might help with appearances depending how your body holds onto bloat. For some people those kinds of changes also help them create a calorie deficit resulting in weight loss which is what will result in long term results.

None whatsoever. Nada. Zilch. Anyone who says there is is trying to sell you something.

Don't forget raspberry ketones and Garcinia Cambogia!

They don't exist. And it's impossible to spot-reduce fat. A calorie deficit will reduce fat over your whole body, which will contribute to having less belly fat. But foods don't burn fat. Only exercise and a caloric deficit can do that.
