I work a sit down job but I am active with workouts. Would you put it as sedentary or active. Right now i out it as active and it gave me 1410 calories. What do you think? Should I do sedentary?

Sedentary, then log your workouts and eat back some of those calories.

Your activity level is not including intentional exercise. You add that in when you do it. That's how the MFP gets it calculations.

Sedentary. But that will likely drop you to 1200 calories, so you'll probably be better off adjusting your weight loss goal as well.

It dropped me to 1200. So I'll see how that goes.

Sedentary, but use an activity tracker and eat back your calorie adjustment. Do this for 4-6 weeks, then evaluate.

Ok not doing 1200 that's way to low. Goal is two pounds per week. I bumped myself to 1400

2lbs per week may be too aggressive a goal and is generally only suggested if you have a lot of weight to lose (like 100lbs).

A more reasonable goal will prevent you from restricting too much and unable to get proper nutrition.
