If you work in customer service in ANY BUSINESS, please don't tell me that everything is fine on your end!
If I didn't have a problem, I wouldn't be *kitten* calling you. I can think of better ways to spend my free time.
Took me 45 minutes to clarify that I was getting charged data for something that I shouldn't be getting charged for (DirecTV streaming through AT&T).
