Does either hot/cold weather play any factor in weight?... As example spending a day doing nothing in the beach have the effect in the weight as spending a day doing nothing in north pole?

I think it does, I find I am retaining water on really hot and humid days, the lbs come on quick and leave just as fast so it must be fluid, I just try to stay extra hydrated on those muggy ,yucky days!!:glasses:0

i was just reading about how walking when itshot makes a difference in walking when its cold. Your heart rate goes up faster when its hot because your body is trying to cool itself off0

I read a study on it that stated that you burn more calories in the cold trying to warm up but the difference was so minute that it is, essentially, meaningless......like single digits for hours.0

All the answers make sense. The problem is that I spend most of the day and night under A/C, same temp everywhere I go.0
