How do you calculate

How do you calculate pant size loss? I was at a 18 even/19 odd and now I am a 14 even/13 odd. Would it be 2 size loss or 4 size loss?

Some companies use odd numbering for sizes and others use even. So if you went from an 18 to a 14, that'd be two sizes. From a 19 to a 13 is three sizes. So I'd say you're probably between two and three sizes lost.

Generally odd sizes are juniors' sizes, while even are misses and plus

    OP, you lost two sizes
