On the go ideas?

Hi, my mum is constantly on the go, very busy with work & is training for a marathon. She has a very small appetite & will easily go a day with a few crackers & nuts. I'm wanting to make her some on the go meals/snacks. Any ideas? Thanks

Snacks: Cut up an apple and add three or four orange slices. The acid from the orange will keep the apple from turning brown I don't want to much orange because it is high in sugar.
Good old carrots alway work
Meals: always cook more protein that you need slice it in bite size pieces and put it in Ziploc bag so you can grab and go and eat it in the car with the carrots or any raw vegetables0 -

Don't worry, marathon training won't last long if your mum isn't fueling that sort of mileage properly.0
