Clarification Needed...

Hello there!

Ok, so I used to follow SW but when I discovered how much sugar I was eating in all the so called 'free food' I decided to jack it in and follow a more sensible approach.

Absolutely loving MFP and it's proven to be great for keeping track of food etc.

My daily calorie intake is set for 1640... Can I just check, regardless of exercise do I need to stick to the flat 1640 or do I go by 'remaining calories' on the app??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I'm wanting to lose weight... Not maintain etc.
