Hi all I'm 5ft2 183lbs. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week for an hour to do cardio and weights. I work 3 days a week at a supermarket so I'm on my feet for about 9hours also have a toddler so always running around after him just wondering what I should set my activity level at to lose a good amount of weight? Thank you

    light active.

activity level doesn't include meaningful exercise, so you'll want to log that separately.

    Agree with @TavistockToad .

I would also suggest eating back only about 50% of extra calories earned through deliberate exercise, since the amount of calories burned from activity tends to be inflated. Do this for a month and then you'll be in a good position to determine whether you need to tweak things or not depending on your actual results.
