I tend to bloat every time I eat or drink anything. Has anyone else experienced this? I drink lots of water throughout the day and try to stay away from salty foods.
Is genetics to blame?

I found that doing an elimination diet to determine my food intolerances seemed to work well. Then avoiding triggers, taking a probiotic, eating plenty of prebiotics (undigestable fiber), and symbiotics (think yogurts/saukraut/kimchee/fermented foods) have significantly reduced my bloating.0
