Tips on gaining muscle/Bodybuilding

Hey everyone I'm 18 years old and turning 19 in April I've been working out since the beginning of last may so about 11 months. I've seen some decent gains but I don't know if I should cut since summer is coming up or just focus on lean bulking for a while. I'm fairly lean but still have lower abdominal fat which I would like to get rid of for the summer the only thing is if I cut to that point I don't want my arms to look like twigs in a relaxed state. I'm going to school right now and working so it's alot of time out of my day on top of all this im interested in getting into personal training. Any tips and discussions you guys have are greatly appreciated

    bulk and add size, just wear a singlet to hide the stomach

    How tall, what weight? You look like you could get away with abit more weight to me

    Cut hard, get to a body fat percentage near what you want and then start bulking mid-summer.

    Caloric surplus and progressive overload over time. Don't overcomplicate it.
