What's your weight in pounds? I think it's at a healthy range right?
hahaha no, I am 5'8" and my start weight was 110kg. Healthy weight range for 5'8" girl is 55-75kg, for a guy I guess it would be slightly higher but not into 110kg...0 -
I am obese but carry almost no weight on my arms and legs. It makes buying clothes quite difficult!0

Look up "apple shape".
I always had thin legs, smaller hips and arms even when obese. Most of my fat is in my middle.
If your limbs are already thin you will mostly be seeing a change in the other areas of your body as you lose weight.
Just enter your information and get a calorie goal like anyone else.0 -
Nope you're just fat without much muscle.5

No, it's not possible to obese and skinny. Narrow frame doesn't = skinny. Obese means you fit into an obese category either by weight or body fat. If you are 5'8" and >200 lbs with little muscle you are not skinny no matter what adjective you attach to the word.2 -

Our bodies are all different, and we store fat differently. I know people that carry all of their fat in their upper body and have skinny thighs and legs. People that have very skinny arms and large hips and calves. If your body fat % is high enough that you are considered obese, then I would not use the term "skinny" as overall descriptor.0 -
I'm not lean. Im just fats and bones.0

Yea this is what I want to say. Lol sorry. I'm not very good at English. Btw what can I do with this? I'm very weak to lift. Very low stamina to run. All I do is eat lesser0 -
To improve your strength, start weight lifting (it doesn't matter if it's with a 1lbs dumbbell or a 10lbs dumbbell. What matters is that you start).
You also have an awesome resource at your disposal that you take with you pretty much every where you go: your body. At your weight (if you're obese, that's probably a bit), you can start with simple body weight exercises. Something like this: https://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/
It doesn't take much time and you don't need any special equipment. You can do it anywhere, any time you want. (I do squats when I go to the rest room).
If you don't like that one, go to youtube and google 'beginner body weight exercises)
Once you feel those are getting easy, you can start looking into a progressive lifting program.
Just give yourself time, be patient and consistent.
(for information: it took me 2.5 years to lose 30kg and hit BMI 29. I suspect it might take me again that long to reach a BMI below 25).0
