Workout plan during weight loss

Can anyone recommend a good starter workout plan to maintain/increase muscle during my weight loss journey? I started at 323 and am down to 283 in two months with strict dieting and exercise (walking/some jogging, mainly elliptical). I am a 37 y/o male, 5'10" and am on a quest of several mini goals along the way to my main goal of 200, and then decide from there. Thanks in advance.
